I’ve spent so long stranded here,

going through phases of fight and surrender,

until the weight of it all pulls me under.

No longer am I able to pretend,

Well she said your life is too unstable

and that's why you are so unable

to find happiness on your own.

So we'll fix you with a stronger pill

The waves turn white,

crashing down

the earth shifts,

and makes no sound

goodbye sunrise,

now we live in the darkness of the sky

where the moon howls and the lonely cry

where the broken down wonder why

everything around us is falling apart
